Previously, I've worked on the in-house creative teams at Strava, Twitter, and Just Women's Sports shaping how those brands showed up across all touch points.

Supporting early stage startups establish a brand presence by designing visual identities, websites, and brand collateral.
Managed a small team of in-house and freelance designers and oversaw agency partnerships. Redesigned the company’s visual identity, shaping how the brand showed up across all touch points from experiential design to the weekly e-mail newsletter. Orchestrated and oversaw the redesign of the JWS website, introducing data-rich functionality while keeping editorial content front and center.
Collaborated with product teams to create a stronger connection between external brand touch points and the in-app experience for a more seamless user journey. Worked cross-functionally to design the first-ever Tour de France content hub in the product. Designed an in-app data visualization feature for athletes to review their stats from the previous month, aligning product data visualization with the brand design language. Managed a junior designer; oversaw agency partnerships.
Led the internal design team of the Year in Sport campaign for multiple years, bringing the experience in-app for the first time, developing the creative strategy of the campaign and UX of the in-app feature, and acting as a liaison between our engineering team and our agency partner. Conceptualized and designed a self-service website page builder to enable non-designers to quickly create on-brand web pages without additional design or engineering resources. Developed the creative strategy and design language for the Strava paywall shift campaign.
Conceptualized, pitched, and executed brand, product launch, and co-marketing campaigns, including film, out-of-home, and digital marketing deliverables. Designed a breadth of brand assets from global presentation decks to emoji illustrations.
